if you want to communicate to people you have to be following them and they have to be following you.
also if you talk to a person the confersation automatically appears on your profile.
just go to a celebs twitter and ull see how it works jsut by looking at it.
i personally think its just stupid because thers no way u can get talk to celebs because alot of celebs only follow celebs.(not that twitter is stupid jsut if your using it to communicate with celebs twitter is pointless)
