Can you advice the most effective way to attract as many new foreign users to the most popular russian social network as possible. I’m not an employee of this network, just a usual user, who wants to win an iPod . Database counts over 45 millions profiles, millions of shared videos, flash games, mp3 tracks and photos.
Maybe somebody can post an article (that I can write and describe all opportunities) in his blog and share with friends.
